Ravi Mandalapu and Dinakar Karumuri will brief about latest memo issued by USCIS on July 13^th 2018 which gives USCIS right to deny petitions without RFE is a game changer for staffing industry. Other memos slowed down our business, this memo is intended to kill our business.
