ByLaw Requests

ITServe Bylaws change request policy since 2010 is that ITServe President / Chapter Presidents collect feedback from all members on any change requests. Present them to the board in annual meeting which usually happens toward the year end. This year 2016 we have proposed that day to be one day before annual conference was also communicated to all chapter presidents.

We are growing rapidly and with many chapters in place we are planning to change the PROCESS. Members can email us their concerns / comments directly by sending an email to ITSbylaws@itserve.org or use this form to submit change request. We will review them and will accept the changes based on the merits which will be incorporated yearly once. We request all of the IT industry to be united and protect common interests and ensure collective success of our Industry. Policy Advocacy is long term process and it requires greater patience.
